Pre-payment is required for virtual coaching services. Upon receipt of your payment, an Inner Chef expert will contact you to coordinate a time that best fits your schedule. You will need to have access to FaceTime, Skype, Duo or any other live video messaging service. Upon your choice of one appetizer, entrée or dessert, you will receive an ingredient list with the applicable recipe. In addition, you will receive live coaching from an expert Inner Chef with step-by-step directions on how to successfully prepare your dish of choice.
