Preparation Instructions: Product is made fresh to order. Meals may be placed in refrigerator for up to 7 days or placed in freezer for up to 14 days. InnerChefs recommends consumption of prepared meals within 14 days of purchase.
- When heating from refigerator: Open lid of container to allow ventilation; place individual meal in microwave for 2 minutes on "high". Allow 30 seconds for container to cool before removing from microwave and enjoy!
- When heating from freezer: Open lid of container to allow ventilation; place individual meal in microwave for 2 minutes on "high". Remove lid and microwave meal for one (1) additional minute. Allow 30 seconds for container to cool before removing from microwave and enjoy!
